The main site was created by Benvoliosaythat in 2006 and was powered by PHP and was located in RVR Ex-Page but due to some problems, and Administration absence and site ignoring, the site got down in 2008; in August 2009, Irck has recreated the whole RVR and brainwashed all the SQL database (cleared it) in addition of changing the website
